have u ever been a buddhist? i tink it is insane to judge a religion wen u havnt lived it yrself…mayb buddhism did save him frm depression or from himself? he sought healing from diz religion n mayb he did get it? there’s nothing wrong in sum1 trying 2 juz b happy in diz cruel world! i dun tink its running away from his probs, its called seeking enlightenment n peace…
Buddhism is more monastic and it is running away from problems than facing the problems, buddha ran away from reality, then said what is reality the material world is unreal, said it is maya, but even in this maya we can feel the reality of happiness and suffering, the outer world can be experienced only thorugh death, not while living anyway,also a hoplessness in buddhism is looming around, it is one of the sadest relegion in the world.
